About the event
Wild Connection Hikes 🌿
A monthly, co-ed hiking experience designed to reconnect you to your body, your breath, and the natural world around you.
We’ll weave in moments of forest bathing, guided journaling, breathing and intentional pauses to slow down and actually feel where you are.
Depending on the route and conditions, we may reach an alpine lake for an optional cold plunge or continue to a summit for expansive views.
This month's hike: Silver Dollar & Murray Lakes (a moderate hike) 4.3 miles ; 1085 feet elevation gain
