The most important question you need to ask yourself is "What do I really want?"

The choices we make MOVE us in the direction of what our vision is, if we don't know our vision, how can we make any progress towards what we seek?

An exercise to really get to know you!

Love begins with YOU. Truly knowing yourself—your preferences, desires, needs, and passions—is the foundation for deep, aligned connections.

So, let’s flip the script. You’ve seen those lists of questions to ask a first date or potential partner, but have you ever asked yourself those same questions? Do you really know you?

Grab a journal or a piece of paper and dive into a self-discovery session. Get curious. Get honest. Get to know the most important person in your life—you.
