Breathwork & sound healing are powerful practices that can influence the nervous system, emotional state, and physical body. While many participants find these practices supportive, regulating, and transformative, it may not be appropriate for everyone.
Before Participating
Please consult with your physician or qualified healthcare provider before participating in breathwork if you have any of the following conditions:

Severe asthma or other respiratory conditions

Participant Responsibility
By choosing to participate in any breathwork session, class, workshop, or event offered by Vibrant Love Coaching LLC, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for monitoring your own physical, mental, and emotional well being throughout the practice.
You agree to listen to your body and adjust, pause, or stop the practice at any time if needed.
Possible Experiences During Breathwork
Breathwork can sometimes result in strong physical, emotional, or energetic experiences. These may include, but are not limited to:

Tingling sensations

Changes in body temperature

Emotional release

Lightheadedness or dizziness

Muscle tension or cramping
-
Feelings of relaxation, clarity, or heightened awareness
These experiences vary from person to person and may not occur for everyone.
Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment
Breathwork is intended as a personal growth, wellness, and self awareness practice. It is not a substitute for medical care, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or professional mental health services.
Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical or mental health concerns.
If You Experience Discomfort
If at any time during a session you feel dizzy, overwhelmed, distressed, or physically uncomfortable, return to your normal breathing pattern, open your eyes, and rest. You are encouraged to stop the practice and seek support if needed.
Assumption of Risk
By participating in breathwork sessions offered by Vibrant Love Coaching LLC, you acknowledge that you understand the potential risks associated with breathwork and voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation.
