What Is Holosomatic Breathwork?

Holosomatic™ Breathwork is a powerful somatic healing experience that uses conscious connected breathing to help regulate the nervous system, release stored stress and emotions, and reconnect you to yourself.

Breathwork works directly with the body and nervous system, helping release tension, emotional suppression, and protective patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Through breath, music, and somatic guidance, these journeys create space for emotional release, clarity, grounding, and deep inner transformation.

During a session, you’ll be guided through intentional breathing patterns designed to help you:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Calm the nervous system

  • Release emotional tension stored in the body

  • Increase clarity and emotional resilience

  • Improve mind-body connection

  • Feel more grounded, energized, and alive

  • Break old patterns and reconnect to your authentic self

Many people describe Holosomatic Breathwork as deeply grounding, emotional, transformational, and empowering.

Breathwork for Stress, Anxiety & Emotional Healing in Denver

Experience the power of breathing in community.

Group Holosomatic™ Breathwork sessions create a supportive environment where participants can feel seen, connected, and held while moving through their own personal process.

Many people spend years trying to think their way into healing.

Breathwork offers a more embodied approach.

Because the breath directly influences the nervous system, it can help access emotional states and subconscious patterns that are difficult to reach through logic alone.

Holosomatic Breathwork bridges the gap between mind and body — allowing you to experience healing, clarity, and regulation in a more integrated way.

*No prior breathwork experience is necessary. Please read breathwork disclaimer. Pregnancy, epilepsy, uncontrolled blood pressure are all contraindicated. Please consult a medical professional if you have any medical concerns.

What Happens During a Breathwork Journey?

Every breathwork session is intentionally designed to help you feel safe, supported, and guided throughout the experience.

Grounding & Intention Setting

We begin by helping you settle into your body, regulate your nervous system, and create a safe foundation for the experience.

Guided Conscious Connected Breathing

You’ll be guided through specific breathing patterns while music and verbal cues support emotional processing, release, and deeper embodiment.

Somatic & Emotional Release

As the body relaxes and opens, emotions, memories, tension, or energetic blocks may naturally surface and release.

Integration & Reflection

We close with grounding practices, nervous system support, journaling prompts, reflection, and integration. Each journey is unique. Some sessions feel deeply calming and restorative, while others can feel emotional, expansive, energizing, or transformational.

happy woman

Hello! I'm Angela

I’m a relationship and transformational coach, breathwork facilitator, and space-holder devoted to helping people move from survival mode into deeper connection.

What transformed my life wasn’t more information. It was learning how to reconnect to my body, regulate my nervous system, soften my defenses, and finally feel safe enough to truly just be.

Breathwork became one of the most profound catalysts in that journey. My first deep transformational breathwork experience cracked something open inside me...

I'm so happy you are here.
