Each in-person session begins with a brief 20-minute discovery call where we discuss your goals, intentions, and what you’d like support around.
From there, your session is tailored to your needs, typically lasting between 60–90 minutes. These sessions may incorporate somatic practices, breathwork, sound healing, and nervous system regulation techniques.

Sessions are held in the comfort of your home, allowing you to fully settle and integrate afterward, without the need to drive or re-enter the noise of the outside world.
Pricing varies based on client location & length of session. ($150-250)

Your alignment consultation is a dedicated space to explore your goals, patterns, and readiness for this work. A $33 deposit secures your time and is credited toward your first session.
