This session creates space to connect, explore what you’re currently navigating, and gently understand the patterns at play, so we can feel into whether working together is the right fit. It’s part information, part coaching, and designed to offer clarity, insight, and support from the very beginning.
If you choose to step into a package, the cost of this session will be deducted from your program price.
The Clarity Session
A 90-minute deep-dive intensive
Do I offer single sessions? The answer is YES! For women navigating a decision point in life or love.
We’ll map your patterns, identify blind spots and create aligned next steps.
You’ll leave the session with at least one new strategy you'll want to put into action immediately and that strategy will make a meaningful difference in your life.

You relationship to others comes from a deep understanding of your relationship to self. We will deep dive into attachment styles, core beliefs, core needs and how to heal to move forward in through this world with grace.
