An Experiential Workshop

In this workshop, you’ll experience a blend of supportive learning and restorative practice. You’ll gain a simple, empowering understanding of your nervous system and how everyday lifestyle factors like nourishment, movement, sleep, and relationships influence how you feel.

 

Together we’ll explore gentle tools and techniques that help calm and regulate the nervous system so you can begin shifting out of constant stress and back into a state of balance.

 

You’ll also have the chance to connect with other like-minded women in a welcoming, supportive space. By the end, you’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and recharged, with practical tools you can carry into your daily life.

Who this is for

This workshop is for women who:

  • You feel constantly “on” and can’t fully relax

  • You’re exhausted but your mind won’t slow down

  • You keep pushing through, even when your body is asking you to stop

  • You feel disconnected from yourself or what you actually need

  • You know something needs to change… but don’t know where to start

What you’ll learn

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to understand and work with your nervous system—not against it.

We’ll cover:

  • The difference between sympathetic (fight/flight/freeze/fawn) and parasympathetic (dorsal/ventral) states

  • How to recognize which state you’re in throughout your day

  • Simple, effective tools to bring your body back into regulation

  • How breathwork, mindfulness, and gentle movement support nervous system balance

  • The role of nutrition, sleep, and exercise in shaping your overall state

  • How to build small, sustainable habits that support long-term regulation

About the Space

The space welcomes you the moment you walk through the door — warm, soft, and intentionally created to help your nervous system settle.

Cushions and blankets are provided so you can make yourself comfortable as we drop into the experience together.

There are a limited number of yoga mats available. If you have one and are able to bring it, please do.

Chairs are also available if a supported seated position feels better for your body.

While many people have an idea of what they should do, taking that firststep can be daunting and maintaining a new lifestyle change can be even more of a challenge.

Using a personalized approach, she prioritizes the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of well-being, while incorporating Functional Medicine principles on adjustable lifestyle factors such as nutrition, sleep, stress management, physical activity, and relationships.
