You were never meant to silence yourself.

Through breathwork, sound healing, and transformational circles, I help midlife women reclaim their voice and come home to themselves.

All women's circles are intentionally kept small and intimate (max of 12 participants) to create safety, depth, and time for everyone to share.

April's Full Moon Circle

You’re invited. 🌙 Come plant a Sacred Seed of "I am" for Spring.

CIRCLE DATE: April 1, 2026

This is your invitation — come join us for a monthly women’s circle where we gather in community, connection, and truth.

There’s something deeply powerful that happens when women come together with open hearts and clear intention. A circle has the ability to remind us that we’re not alone, that our stories matter, and that we can rest in the safety of being seen just as we are.

This gathering isn’t about giving advice or fixing each other. Instead, it’s a space of deep listening, where every woman has the chance to be witnessed and honored.

What to Expect:

• Somatic centering exercises to settle the nervous system and help you arrive fully in the space
• Sound healing to deepen relaxation and connection within the circle
• Guided journaling prompts to uncover the stories you may be carrying about yourself
• Breathwork practices to move and release stuck emotional energy
• A ritual release exercise to let go of the “I’m not” narrative
• A closing meditaiton

This circle is a space for women to slow down, reflect, and be witnessed in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
No prior experience with breathwork, coaching, or circles is needed—simply come as you are.

Denver Conscious Conversations

Join us for community and a monthly discussion.

NEXT CONVERSATION: MARCH 11, 2026

This month, we will explore:
Somatic Coaching & the Nervous System.

Somatic coaching works with the nervous system, where our reactions, defenses, and feelings of safety are actually shaped.

In this conversation, we’ll explore:

• What somatic coaching actually is
• Why the nervous system plays such a powerful role in our lives
• How stress, triggers, and emotional patterns live in the body
• Simple, practical regulation tools you can use immediately

My girlfriend and I recently attended a couples’ workshop, and it was truly a beautiful experience for both of us. The space felt comfortable, cozy, and intimate, with only two other couples present. We were led through a series of meditations that gently set the tone for openness, safety, and attunement. The practices that followed encouraged curiosity, connection, and shared clarity.

Angela and Chris are such a beautiful example of what can grow in relationship when it’s rooted in intentional devotion and guided by purpose.

Personally, I found the heart of the workshop especially enlightening. I had never consciously considered the idea of a deeper, shared “why” in a relationship—either when forming one or while actively in one. While the workshop itself was incredibly valuable, the practices we were given will continue to enrich and guide us as we deepen, develop, and refine our shared “why.”
